Terms of Service: 9 safe-use rules

  • Status: Active
  • Effective: July 24, 2026
  • Version: 5.3
  • Operator: Hyde Workshop

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of HydeWorkshop.com, including its articles, AI-tool commentary, workflow resources, code examples, creative materials, contact features, and related content.

By using the website, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Management page, and applicable notices. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

SECTION_01

Scope and acceptance

These Terms apply to public website use and communications submitted through Hyde Workshop’s contact channels. A separate written agreement signed by Hyde Workshop controls if it expressly conflicts with these Terms for a paid project or other service.

Website headings, summaries, A.M.A.N.D.A. verdicts, and the Cain/Abel framework help explain the material but do not replace the complete Terms.

SECTION_02

Eligibility and availability

You must be at least 13 years old to use the website. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, use the website with appropriate parent or guardian involvement. Hyde Workshop is not directed to children under 13.

Hyde Workshop may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any website feature for maintenance, security, legal, editorial, technical, or business reasons. Continuous, error-free, or uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

SECTION_03

Nine safe-use rules

Rule_01

Use the site lawfully

Use Hyde Workshop only for lawful, respectful, and non-abusive purposes.

Rule_02

Do not attack the service

Do not probe, disrupt, overload, bypass, inject malware, spam, or attempt unauthorized access.

Rule_03

Respect intellectual property

Do not resell, rebrand, bulk copy, or redistribute protected content without permission.

Rule_04

Verify AI and technical claims

Check official sources, test code safely, and use qualified advice for consequential decisions.

Rule_05

Do not impersonate

Do not falsely claim to represent Hyde Workshop, A.M.A.N.D.A., or a contributor.

Rule_06

Submit information safely

Do not submit secrets, unlawful material, harmful code, or content you lack permission to share.

Rule_07

Keep human approval

Review recommendations before publishing, deploying, deleting, purchasing, or granting access.

Rule_08

Review third-party rules

Check external providers’ current terms, privacy practices, pricing, licensing, and security.

Rule_09

Communicate accurately

Use accurate contact information and do not misrepresent a project, affiliation, or authority.

SECTION_04

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, website text, original graphics, designs, layouts, images, branding, prompts, code modules, editorial frameworks, A.M.A.N.D.A. concepts, and other materials are owned by Hyde Workshop or licensed content providers and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view, link to, and make ordinary personal, educational, informational, and non-commercial use of public pages. Brief quotation with attribution may be permitted where allowed by law. You may not reproduce, frame, scrape, bulk-download, modify, sell, rebrand, or distribute protected material without written permission or a clearly applicable legal exception.

A page-specific license or notice controls for code, downloads, or other material expressly offered for reuse. Third-party names, logos, screenshots, and product marks belong to their respective owners.

SECTION_05

Submissions, project briefs, and feedback

You remain responsible for messages, links, text, images, code, prompts, project briefs, and other material you send. You represent that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate law, confidentiality, intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or another person’s rights.

You grant Hyde Workshop a limited, non-exclusive permission to receive, store, review, reproduce internally, and otherwise process a submission only as reasonably needed to answer your request, provide an agreed service, maintain security, or comply with law. You retain ownership of your original submission.

Non-confidential suggestions and feedback may be used to improve Hyde Workshop content and workflows without obligation to compensate you. Do not send ideas you expect Hyde Workshop to keep confidential unless a separate written confidentiality agreement is already in place.

Never submit credentials or sensitive records. Do not send passwords, API keys, authentication codes, payment-card information, government identifiers, medical information, private customer lists, or confidential client data through ordinary forms or email.

SECTION_06

AI tools and informational content

Hyde Workshop publishes editorial reviews, comparisons, educational material, code suggestions, prompts, security observations, WordPress guidance, creative workflows, and A.M.A.N.D.A. analyses. This content is informational and educational, not a certification, audit opinion, guarantee, or substitute for qualified professional advice.

AI systems and software change quickly. Outputs may be incomplete, incorrect, biased, insecure, unavailable, or inconsistent with current pricing, licensing, product features, or official documentation. Verify claims with primary sources and test code in a staging or isolated environment before production.

No professional-advice relationship. Hyde Workshop content is not legal, medical, financial, tax, investment, cybersecurity, engineering, or other regulated professional advice. Keep an authorized human decision-maker responsible for consequential actions.

SECTION_07

Advertising, sponsorships, and recommendations

Hyde Workshop may display advertising, sponsorships, affiliate links, promotional references, or monetized recommendations in the future. Google AdSense delivery is currently paused during the website rebuild. Any later advertising placement does not mean Hyde Workshop guarantees or endorses the advertiser, product, or result.

When a material relationship could affect the weight or credibility of a recommendation, Hyde Workshop should disclose it clearly near the relevant content. Always verify current pricing, refund terms, licensing, privacy, security, and product suitability with the provider.

SECTION_08

Third-party links and services

Hyde Workshop may link to or embed AI products, software, documentation, videos, plugins, marketplaces, social networks, and other services. Those providers control their own content, accounts, availability, pricing, security, terms, licenses, and privacy practices.

Hyde Workshop is not responsible for a third party’s acts, omissions, services, or policies. Review the provider’s current documentation before creating an account, uploading information, installing software, connecting systems, or making a purchase.

SECTION_09

Prohibited conduct and site security

You must not:

  • Use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, harassing, discriminatory, or abusive activity.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to the website, server, administration area, forms, accounts, plugins, or connected services.
  • Upload or transmit malware, harmful scripts, phishing material, exploit attempts, or unsolicited bulk messages.
  • Probe, scan, overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, or bypass security, access controls, consent controls, or rate limits.
  • Scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract content or contact information except where expressly permitted by Hyde Workshop or applicable law.
  • Impersonate Hyde Workshop or falsely imply sponsorship, partnership, certification, or endorsement.
  • Submit material that violates another person’s intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or contractual rights.

Responsible security concerns may be reported through the Contact page. Do not exploit a suspected vulnerability, access other people’s data, disrupt service, or publicly disclose sensitive details before Hyde Workshop can review the report.

SECTION_11

Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” Hyde Workshop disclaims warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, security, availability, and results.

Hyde Workshop does not guarantee that content, code, rankings, recommendations, AI outputs, traffic estimates, security observations, or third-party products will be accurate, current, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for your use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hyde Workshop will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, opportunity, or goodwill, arising from website use, inability to use the website, third-party services, or reliance on site content.

Some jurisdictions do not allow particular exclusions or limitations. In those jurisdictions, the provisions apply only to the maximum extent allowed, and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

SECTION_12

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Hyde Workshop harmless from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, material you submit, infringement of another person’s rights, or material violation of these Terms. This provision does not apply to claims caused by Hyde Workshop’s own conduct where applicable law does not permit indemnification.

SECTION_13

Governing law and venue

Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction over Lee County, Florida, and each party consents to that court’s personal jurisdiction and venue.

Nothing in this section removes a non-waivable consumer right or requires a visitor to use a forum that applicable law does not permit.

SECTION_14

General terms

  • Entire agreement: These Terms, the Privacy Policy, Cookie Management page, and applicable notices form the agreement for public website use.
  • Severability: If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law.
  • No waiver: Failure to enforce a provision once does not waive the right to enforce it later.
  • Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without written permission. Hyde Workshop may assign them as part of a lawful transfer of the website or business.
  • Headings: Headings are for navigation and do not limit the meaning of a provision.
SECTION_15

Changes and contact

Hyde Workshop may update these Terms when website features, providers, monetization, services, or legal requirements change. The revised version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date and version number. Material changes may also be highlighted through a site notice when appropriate.
