Privacy Control Center // Hyde Workshop

Your Privacy Choices. Clear controls, direct requests, no hidden route.

Use this page to manage non-essential cookies and submit privacy requests. Providing this control does not mean Hyde Workshop sells personal information. Privacy rights and response requirements depend on the visitor's location, the site's data practices, and the laws that apply.

Current disclosure: Hyde Workshop does not intentionally sell personal information for monetary compensation. Some analytics or advertising technologies may be treated as sharing or targeted advertising under certain laws, depending on how those technologies are configured and used.

Use Cookie Settings to review available categories and reject non-essential analytics, advertising, or preference technologies. Essential technologies may remain active when they are required for security, navigation, consent records, or requested site functions.

Immediate control: the Cookie Settings button uses Hyde Workshop's existing consent interface. The fallback link opens the Cookie Management page.

Privacy requests you may submit

Depending on applicable law, you may request one or more of the following:

  • Access to or information about personal information associated with you.
  • Correction of inaccurate personal information.
  • Deletion of eligible personal information.
  • Opt-out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling.
  • Withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent.
  • Review or appeal of a privacy-request decision where applicable.

How to make a request

Email contact@hydeworkshop.com with the subject line Privacy Request. State the request type, the email address or interaction involved, your state or country, and enough information to locate the relevant record.

Do not send: passwords, API keys, full government identifiers, payment-card data, medical records, or other unnecessary sensitive information. Hyde Workshop may request limited verification before acting on a request.

Browser-based privacy signals

Some browsers and extensions can send a Global Privacy Control signal. Where an applicable law requires recognition of that signal, it can communicate an opt-out preference. Use Hyde Workshop's Cookie Settings as the immediate site-level control and include any browser-signal concern in your privacy request.

Device scope: browser signals and stored cookie choices may apply only to the browser or device where they were set. Review Cookie Settings on each browser or device you use.

Scope and related policies

Hyde Workshop may retain information when reasonably necessary to provide a requested service, protect site security, prevent fraud, maintain legal records, resolve disputes, or comply with applicable obligations. A request may be denied or limited when an exemption applies, the requester cannot be reasonably verified, or the site does not hold information that can be linked to the requester.
